摘要
【目的】探讨心包内处理肺血管行全肺切除治疗中晚期肺癌的疗效和意义。【方法】对83例Ⅲ期肺癌病例施行心包内处理肺血管全肺切除术。【结果】术后并发症发生率20.31%,围术期死亡率2.4%,术后1、3、5年生存率为64.35%、35.75%、16.62%。【结论】心包内处理肺血管安全可行,扩大了手术适应证,增加了手术切除率,为中晚期肺癌提供了较好的手术疗效。
[Objective]To review the experience of intra-pericardial pneumonectomy for lung cancer at middle or late stage. [Methods] Eighty three patients with lung cancer in stage Ⅲ were performed with intra-pericardial pneumonectomy. [Results]The incidence of complications in postoperation was 20.31 %. The operative mortality rate was 2.4 %. The 1,3 and 5-year survival rates were 64.35% ,35.75% and 16.62% respectively. [Conclusion]Intra-pericardial pneumonectomy is a secure operation which can improve the resection rate and create better effect for Ⅲ stage lung cancer.
