摘要
本文依据第三代自动测试系统(设备)的概念,提出了一个快速频率特性测试系统的实施方案.介绍了这个测试系统的基本结构和测试原理,其特点是:由计算机产生测试信号,并进行测量特性的解析,从而使计算机与测量仪器融为一体.文中研究了测试信号的选择问题,提出了一种计算相频特性的简便方法——时域位移法.
In this paper,a scheme of test system for fast frequency characteristic based on the concept of the third generation of ATE is developed.The basic composition and the measurement principle of the system are introduced The distinguishing feature is:It is the computer that generates a test signal and analyses the measure- ment charaeter,therefore the computer and the measurement instrument are mixed together.The selection ways of the test signals are studied.A simple method to calculate the phase versus frequency characteristie—the method of displacement in the time domain is given.
