摘要
对置于汽车驱动桥末端的一种新型的机械节能装置——超越滑行半轴离合器进行了研究并对其结构和工作原理进行了综合分析和性能试验。从汽车传动系内部的耗散能和动量角度分析,构建了汽车传动系内部能量消耗与汽车外部阻力能耗相统一的运行方程,并进行了实际道路试验。结果表明,该装置具有显著的节能效果。
A new type of energy-saving assembly-an overrunning-sliding clutch on the end of the vehicle driving axle shaft was introduced, its structure and working principle were discussed, and its performance tests were done. A mathematical model which integrates the internal energy dissipation of the transmission system and the external resistance energy consumption was built from the view point of the internal energy dissipation and momentum, and verified by the road tests. Results showed that the introduced new type device is characterized by significant energy saving effect with wide application prospects.
