摘要
测定了在盐胁迫下亲本披碱草和野大麦及其BC1F2代不同株系幼苗的相对含水量、细胞膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量等生理生化指标。结果表明,盐胁迫下披碱草和野大麦及其BC1F2代各株系幼苗的组织相对含水量下降、游离脯氨酸含量增高、质膜透性增大,亲本披碱草和野大麦及其BC1F2代不同株系间存在差异。综合评价得出其耐盐性排序为:野大麦>Y1F2-5>Y1F2-3=Y1F2-1>P1F2-6>Y1F2-6=Y1F2-9>Y1F2-2>Y1F2-8>P1F2-7>披碱草>Y1F2-7。
The physiological and biochemical indices, such as relative water content, cell membrane permeability, free proline etc. , were determined in leaves of Elymus dahuricus , Hordeum brevisubulatum and their BC, F2 lines at seedling stage under salt stress. The results showed that the relative water content of Elymus dahuricus , Hordeum brevisubulatum and their BC1Fz lines at seedling stage was decreased under salt stress, but free proline and cell membrane permeability were increased, there were differences among Elymus dahuricus , Hordeum brevisubulatum and their BC1Fz lines. Based on the comprehensive evaluation, the order of salt tolerance was as follows. Hordeum brevisubulaturn〉Y1F2-5〉Y1F2-3=Y1F2-1 〉P1F2 - 6〉Y1F2 - 6 = Y1F2 - 9〉Y1F2 - 2〉Y1F2 - 8〉P1F2-7〉Elymus dahuricus 〉Y1F2-7.
