摘要
对河南省普通高校大学生课外体育活动的状况进行调查与分析,结果显示:河南省高校大学生的终身体育意识不强;学生参加课外活动的时间和次数明显不足;活动场所以校内免费场所为主;体育场所和器材的短缺是制约学生参与课外体育活动的主要原因.
By using the method of questionnaire and documentary, this paper makes investigation on the extracurricular physical activity condition. The result shows that college students in Henan province need improving the realization of whole physical education ;the time and times for participating in extracurricular physical activity are obviously short; their activities are confined to free playground on campus;the main reason that restricts students to participating extracurricular physical activity is playground and facility.
