摘要
我国研究生培养模式从其产生之日起,就受到德国学徒式、美国专业式培养模式的影响。美国是当今世界研究生教育最发达、最成功的国家之一,是我们借鉴、学习的主要对象。今后我国研究生培养模式的趋势是:建立以专业式为主的多样化培养模式;以综合素质和研究能力为标准招录研究生;学位层次和培养方式应该多样化;引进竞争机制,提高培养质量;针对不同的培养目标,提出不同的质量要求;强化导师作用,建立合理的课程体系。
The education made of postgraduates in our country is influenced by that of German trainee-style and American profession-style. The U.S. is one of the most advanced and successful countries in posgraduate education in the world. The tendency of our postgraduate education mode is mainly to establish profession-style with diversified education modes. The postgraduate enrollment should be based on their comprehensive quality and their research ability. The degree level and the education patterns should be diverse. The competition system should be introduced to improve the quality of the education. Different qualities should be demanded according to different education aims. The role of tutor should be emphasized and rational course system should be established.
