摘要 目的:探讨凋亡抑制蛋白Bcl-2在大鼠肾上腺髓质增生组织中的表达及其意义。方法:A组0.1%利血平1mL/(kg·d)皮下注射6周诱导大鼠肾上腺髓质增生15只,B组正常大鼠15只作对照组,应用免疫组织化学方法检测Bcl-2在大鼠增生肾上腺及正常大鼠肾上腺中的表达情况。结果:免疫组织化学结果显示,Bcl-2在大鼠肾上腺髓质增生中表达阳性染色分光密度值(OD值)为0.30±0.03,对照组Bcl-2OD值为0.18±0.02,两者比较差异存在显著性(P<0.05),且Bcl-2在大鼠肾上腺髓质中的表达与髓质增生程度呈正相关。结论:Bcl-2基因的凋亡抑制作用在大鼠肾上腺髓质增生发生发展中有重要意义。 Objective To explore the expression and significance of anti-apoptosis gene Bcl-2 in rats with adrenal medulla hyperplasia induced by reserpine. Methods 15 rats were hypodermically injected with 0. 1% reserpine 1 mL/ (kg · d) for 6 weeks to induce adrenal medulla hyperplasia (group A), other 15 normal rats were taken as control (group B) . The expressions of Bcl-2 in the rats' adrenal medulla in both groups were determined by Immunohistochemistry (SP method). Results Compared with that in group B (OD value 0. 18 ± 0. 02), the expression of Bcl-2 in group A was positive (OD value 0.30 ± 0. 03). There was a significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusions Bcl-2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis and the development of adrenal medulla hyperplasia induced by reserpine.
