摘要
未来社会和市场对设计人才的要求是什么,设计教育如何实现与社会经济、技术、信息、文化以及与行业、企业紧密结合,如何提高高职艺术设计类毕业生的就业率?所有这一切都有赖于建立起一支具有较高素养、具有强烈的职业道德和责任感、对社会和企业需求深入了解的理论与实践相结合的“双师型”的教师队伍。
In the modern society, we are faced with the following problems： What qualifications does the future society and market ask the art-design talents to have？ How to make design education combine with economy, technique, information, culture, industry and enterprises？ How to enhance the employment rate of the students majoring in art design in vocational and technical college？ All these problems rely on the skillful, responsible and devoted teachers who have good knowledge on the demands of society and enterprises and are good at combining theory with practice.
