“L”形直埋供热管道受力规律数值模拟 被引量:6

摘要 考虑到作用于管道上的径向压力和摩擦力同管道位移有关的实际受力特性,本文采用ANSYS程序中的三维接触面单元对北京二里庄小区供热管网“L”形管道的位移及内力的分布规律进行了数值模拟,并分析了弯头夹角θ、结构参数等因素对最大应力σmax的影响。全面地揭示了管网中“L”形管道弯头部位易破裂的原因。 The Law of deformation and mechanics of “L” type buried heating pipe in the heating system of Er Li Zhuang building regions in Beijing is simulated with the charicteristics that the radial pressure and axial frictional force acting on heating pipe are related with the heating pipe deformation.The influence which is caused by elbow angle,the size of the “L”type pipe and so on the biggest stress σ max in the “L”type heating pipe is analyzed.The cause for crack which is often occuring in “L”type pipe elbow is illustrated systemly and a serious of conclusions which are of great value to design and construction are proposed.
