摘要
循证医学反映了现代医学的发展趋势和方向。医院管理必须顺应这一趋势,积极引入循证医学思维,更新医院管理理念和模式,确保医院可持续发展,适应和满足医疗市场的需求。本文就循证医学的概念、医院管理引入循证医学思维的必要性及其对现代医院管理产生的积极影响加以分析。
Evidence-based medicine （EBM） reflects the tendency and the future of modern medicine. Therefore,it is necessary to bring the thoughts of EBM into hospital management,which plays an important role in ensuring hospital＇s sustainable development, and adjusting the hospital to the demand of medicine market.This article analyzes the concepts of EBM, the necessity of bringing EBM thoughts into hospital management, and the positive influence on modem hospital management.
