摘要
海港和城市的发展是共生的,其中一个方面的发展可以为另一方面的发展提供强大动力,双方的共同发展可以促进临港产业区域经济的整体进步,组合城市在这方面发挥着重要作用。所谓组合城市就是从区域空间布局角度,在特定地域范围内,依托一定自然环境条件,借助发达的综合交通运输网及通信联络网,通过法律、行政、经济等多种手段,对两个或多个较大城市进行组合,共同构成一个相对完整的城市“集合体”。为充分发展环渤海临港产业,必须深入分析:港城关系、环渤海、组合城市发展对经济的推动作用,港城关系的发展策略。
Port and the development of city are symbiotic, the development from one aspect can provide bigger move for the development of the other aspect, mutual common development can accelerate port industries＇ economic increasing, combinational city（ CC ） has already played a very important role in this aspect. In this article, CC namely means： regional spatially, in the special regional, on the basis of natural condition, in virtue of advanced transportation network and communication network, by means of law, administration and economy, two or more cities are combined and constructs a higher level ＂urban integrator＂. In order to develop facing port sector, the following aspect must be deeply analyzed： the driving forces from the relationship between port and city, Bohai surrounding and CC＇s development, and city-port developing strategy.
