摘要
我国高职院校师资队伍现状不容乐观,应进一步明确高职师资队伍建设的指导思想和目标要求,并设法延揽高素质高职师资人才,努力提升高职师资整体素质和激发高职师资内在潜能,从而建设一支师德高尚、素质优良、结构优化、教育观念新、改革意识强、具有较高教学水平和较强实践能力、专兼结合的教师队伍。
At present, vocational colleges are not staffed well enough, so the guideline and goal on the improvement of vocational collegiate teaching staff should be clarified. Efforts should be exerted to attract high- quality vocational teachers to form a moral and qualified staff with rational hierarchy, new teaching conception, strong sense of reformation and great ability in teaching and practice.
