摘要
采用共沉淀-超临界流体干燥法制备出掺La3+离子的ZAO(ZnO、Al2O3复合氧化物)纳米粉.采用XRD、TEM等检测手段研究了La3+的加入、超临界流体干燥处理工艺和晶化温度对粉末特性的影响.结果表明:在260℃×7.5MPa×0.5h的超临界流体条件下,得到平均粒度小于20nm,高的比表面积,近球形的ZAO粉体.有效的改善了粉体的团聚程度.且不需要晶化处理即为六方晶型的ZAO纳米粉.
The method of coprecipitation-supercritical fluid drying(SCFD) has been used for synthesis of ZAO(ZnO. Al2O3 composite oxide) nano-poweders doped with La^3+. The effect of La doped, the process of supercritical fluid drying and crystallizing temperature on the characteristics of powders was studied using XRD and TEM. The results show that after process of supercritical fluid drying at 260℃×7.5 MPa×0.5 h,ZAO powders are obtained with size less than 20 nm,high surface area and better spherical grain. The degree of aggregation of nano-particles has been improved effectively. Without crystallizing,the crystal structure of ZAO nano-powders is hexahedron.
