摘要
初步研究了遵义锰矿用于电解金属锰生产的浸取工艺以解决充分利用地方矿产资源的实际问题,获得了其最优浸取条件。并使用循环伏安法、恒电位电解以及恒电流电解等方法探究了隔膜对于金属锰在不锈钢电极上沉积过程产生各种影响的原因,针对在生产中如何提高电流效率提出了具有一定指导意义的方法。
This article analyses the immersing technology of EMM process used in Zunyi Mn-mine to solve an actual problem to make full use of local Mn-resource. And it got its advantage in immersing. This has made the circling volt-ampere, permanent electrolytic and flowing electrolytic ways bring about different influences on electrode of statuless steel from EMM. The author discusses about how to improve the currentefficiency in methods.
