大鼠脑冲击损伤后VEGF的表达与损伤后存活时间关系的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究大鼠脑冲击损伤后不同时间段内大脑组织中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)抗体表达的规律性。方法:试用改良的大鼠冲击脑损伤方法,制备成物损伤模型,采用免疫组化技术对大脑进行VEGF标记。观察脑损伤后不同时段处死标本中VEGF阳性标记细胞数、阳性细胞面积和阳性细胞灰度进行分析统计。结果:损伤后1h VEGF即开始表达,24h达到高峰,48h后开始下降,7天后降至正常水平。结论:脑损伤后脑中VEGF的表达有一定的规律性,与脑损伤后组织修复有一定相关性,为脑损伤后存活时间的判断提供了一个有意义的指标。 Objective:To study the regularity of the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in various periods of time after clash injury to the rat brain. Methods :The clash injury model of rat brain was established by modified technique. The immunohistochemistry technology was used to mark the VEGF in the rat brain. The VEGF positive cell number, the positive cell area and the gray scale of positive cell of different period in the injuried brain were observed and analyzed by statistic method. Results : It was found that the expression of VEGF began 1 hour after brain injury. It reached the peak 24 hours after the injury. It began to descend 48 hours after the injury, and fell to normal level 7 days after the inury. Conclusion:The results suggest that the expression of VEGF after the brain injury has some regularity. It is correlated with the repair of injuried brain. And it can be a useful index in the survival time estimation of brain injury.
