摘要
改革开放以来,我国民营企业展现出的旺盛活力和良好发展势头,归根到底与人力资源效率密不可分。本文多角度、多层面地对民企人力资源效率问题进行了探讨,力求为其“二次创业”提供理论指导和实践指南。
Since reform and opening, exuberant vigor of private enterprises has shown, which is closely related to human resource efficiency fundamentally. The thesis discusses the human resource efficiency of private enterprises from different angles,then offers theoretical and practical directions for them in the secondary achivement.
