采用大孔吸附树脂提纯螺蛳腹足肌酶解产物的研究 被引量:12

摘要 利用 DA201-C 大孔吸附树脂对螺蛳腹足肌酶解产物进行脱盐及糖原分离。结果表明,用不同浓度的乙醇进行洗脱时,洗脱组分的疏水性氨基酸含量及 ACE 抑制活性随乙醇浓度的增大而增大;依次用25%和 75%乙醇进行阶段洗脱时,脱糖率为78.59%,脱盐率为93.79%;酶解糖原比碱提糖原的相对分子质量大而纯度较低。 DA201-C macroporous adsorption resin was used to purificate Bellamya purificata Hydrolysates . The result showed that when different concentrations of alcohol 25 %, 50 % and 75 % were used to flush the medium, the hydrophobic amino acid and the ACE inhibiteing rate of the fraction increased with the alcohol concentration. When 25% and 75% alcohol was used to elute the medium, the desalting ratio of 93.79% and 78.59% glycogen was obtained. The Mw of glycogen extracted by enzymatic method was higher and the purity was lower than that extracted by alkaline method.
