摘要 将直接数字频率合成技术应用于行波型超声波电机驱动器设计,提出一种具有调频、调相和调幅功能的高性能超声波电机驱动器,且控制精度高、输出信号为标准正弦波。 In this article, direct digital frequency synthesis technology are used to design traveling-wave type ul- trasonic motor driver. A kind of ultrasonic motor driver, which have the ability of frequency modulation, phasic modulation and amplitude modulation with higher precision and standard sine wave output signal is presented.
