摘要
讨论了高压直流支柱绝缘子金属部件在污秽条件下的腐蚀机理和影响因素。采用持续753 h的加速试验模拟腐蚀过程。试验中所用试品、腐蚀液及泄漏电量均依据现场实际。研究表明,高压直流作用下交流支柱绝缘子金属部件在潮湿和污秽环境中会发生电化学腐蚀,腐蚀强度既与绝缘子表面泄漏电流有关,又与金属件的材料和制造工艺有关。由于中国污秽问题严重,应用于恶劣环境的高压直流支柱绝缘子应考核其金属件抗腐蚀能力。
In this paper, the mechanism and factors of electrolytic corrosion is studied when support insulators are used in HVDC. An accelerating corrosion test last for 753 hours had been finished. It is according to actual data such as sample corrosive and quantity of electric charge in the test. By the result, AC support insulators is energized with DC, its metal flanges are damaged by electrolytic corrosion under pollution and wet environment. Corrosion in- tensity is decided by the leakage current, it is also affected by the material and facture technique of metal flanges. Due to the pollution condition in China, it is necessary to evaluate the ability of corrosion resistant when the HVDC insulators are used in severe environment.
