摘要
介绍了卷接机组烟支重量检测和控制系统的工作原理,比较了微波测量头和核扫描测量头的工作原理及其优缺点,提出了以烟支目标重量取样实测标准差作为评判测量头测量准确性的标准。试验表明,微波测量头的测量准确性完全达到核扫描的水平,而且还略优于核扫描头。
The working principle of cigarette weight measuring and controlling system in cigarette and tipping machine combination was introduced, and microwave measuring probe and nuclear scanning probe weights deviated from target weight was regarded as a c probe. The practical test results making the working principles, merits and demerits of were compared. The standard errors of sample riterion for evaluating the veracity of measuring showed that the veracity of microwave measuring probe was comparable or slightly superior to that of nuclear scanning.
