摘要
腭裂系先天性发育畸形,致畸原因包括遗传和环境2大方面。本文报告1例发生不完全性腭裂的双胞胎试管婴儿,虽然通过第3代试管婴儿技术可降低遗传性疾病的发生,但仍高于正常受孕出生的婴儿,如心脏病、腭裂、低体重等,而且可能一次多胎―双胞胎、三胞胎等。
Cleft palatc is a congcnital deformity,the risks of which inelude two major respects.heredity and environment.This paper reported a case of incomplete cleft palate in vitro fertilization.Although the third stage of in vitro fertilization technique can decrease the incidence of diseases such as heart abnormalities.eleft palate.low-birth-weight ete.the risk is still higher than that in babies produced in the normal way,and multiple births-twins.triples and so on are more prohable.
