摘要
针对转子系统局部碰摩故障振动信号的特征,将经验模态分解方法(EmpiricalModeDecomposition,简称EMD)应用于转子局部碰摩故障诊断中。采用EMD方法对转子振动信号进行分解,实现碰摩、背景和噪声信号分离,从而提取转子系统局部碰摩振动信号的故障特征。试验分析结果表明,对具有局部碰摩故障的转子振动信号进行EMD分解得到的基本模式分量(IMF)具有明显的调幅特性,而其他状态下的转子振动信号经过EMD分解后得到的IMF分量没有明显的调幅特性。因此,EMD方法可以有效地应用于转子系统局部碰摩故障诊断中。
Aimed at the characteristics of the vibration signal of a rotor system with local rub-impact fault, EMD (Empirical Mode Decomposition) method was applied to local-impact fault diagnosis for rotor system in this paper. The rub-impact, background and noise signal can be separated efficiently and the fault feature of vibration signal of a rotor system with local rub-impact fault can be extracted after the signal was decomposed by EMD. Experimental results show that the intrinsic mode functions of the vibration signal of a rotor system with local rub-impact fault obviously has the characteristic of amplitude modulation, while the intrinsic mode functions of the vibration signal of a rotor system under other work states have no distinct amplitude modulation characteristic. Therefore, EMD method can be applied to local rub-impact fault diagnosis in rotor systems.
