摘要
利用GC/MS联用仪对刺梨籽乙醚提取物中的化学成分进行了分析,发现了31个成分并鉴定出了其中的25个化合物,占总提取的93.16%。其主要成分为香草醛(21.06%),苧烯(16.20%),(Z)-2-庚烯醛(7.95%),香草醇(7.45%),(E,E)-2,4-癸二烯醛(5.98%)。
31chemical constituents were observed and in which 25 compounds were identified with the analysis of constituents of Et2O-extraction from Rosa roxburghii Tratt. by GC/MS. The main constituents included Vanillin (21.06%), Limonene ( 16.20% ), (Z) -2-heptenaldehyde (7.95%), Vanillin alcohol (7.45%) and ( E ,E) -2,4-Decadienaldehyde (5.98%).
