摘要
针对管理人才甄选中的信息不确定性、不对称性及相关性,基于粗糙集理论、信息熵概念以及相关性分析,对原始指标进行筛选得出管理人才甄选评价指标体系,集成主、客观信息偏好,构造综合权重优化模型,运用Lagrange法来求解指标的权重向量,从而得出了一种管理人才甄选的粗糙集综合评价模型。通过算例证明了该方法的有效性。
About information uncertainty, asymmetry and relativity in selection of managers, this paper employs rough sets theory, the concept of information entropy and relative analysis to filter original indexes and to obtain indexes for selection of managers, establishes an optimization model with synthetic weights. Lagrange method is used to determine the weights that include subjective favoritism and objective information. An accurate solution for the model is presented.
