摘要
轨道弹性减振器是线路减振最有效的方法之一,国外已经进行了广泛研究和应用,而国内还处于推广使用和研究的初级阶段,没有成熟和标准的试验方法。总结了压缩型轨道减振器的各种性能的试验方法,包括刚度和变形、垂向升举、横向约束、纵向约束、疲劳、低频动刚度等试验。与其它隔振系统相比,轨道减振器具有体积小、重量轻、隔振效果好以及可施工性好和可维护性好等优点。
Using bonded resilient baseplate to reduce vibration of railway is one of the most efficient methods. It has been researched and widely used abroad, but is still new in our country, and the test method of bonded resilient baseplate has not been mature and standarized. This paper concludes and illustrates this method, including the tests of rigidity & deformation, vertical hoist & lateral restraint, as well as low frequercy vibration rigidity, argues that the resilient baseplate, with obvious merits in volume weight and antivibration, shall be luther studied and adopted in UMT of China.
