摘要 本文讨论了羟基磷灰石/β-磷酸三钙/海藻酸钠(HAP/β-TCP/AG)多孔支架的制备,并通过电子显微镜观察了其微观结构、研究其干细胞亲和性和生物相容性。研究表明:该多孔支架具有三维连通网状结构,干细胞在支架上黏附、生长良好,具有良好的干细胞亲和性和生物相容性。 The preparation and biocompatibility of porous micro-structure was researched by SEM. The results showed that network configuration. The human mesenchymal stem cells grew and HAPβ-TCP/AG scaffold were discussed, and its the scaffold had three-dimensional and connective adhered well to the scaffold which indicated that the scaffold had good stem cells biocompatibility.
