摘要
目前仿生技术倍受各国学者青睐,其研究内容主要包括力学仿生、分子仿生、能量仿生、信息与控制仿生等方面。最广泛地运用类比、模拟和模型方法是仿生技术研究的突出特点,其目的不在于直接复制每一个细节,而是要理解生物系统的工作原理,以实现特定功能为中心目的。文章阐述了仿生技术的研究进展,重点分析了仿生技术在食品工业中的应用现状,为进一步推动仿生食品的研究与开发奠定了基础。
Recently, so many research experts paid more attention to study bionics technology. The main study fields of bionics technology were mechanics, chemistry energy, information & control and so on. Outstanding characteristic of bionics technology study was application with analogy, simulate and model method extensively. To attain specially designated, the main objective was based on acquiring a better understanding in biological system, and it was not copying every minute detail directly. The paper reviews advancement in research on bionics technology in and abroad, and introduces application bionics technology in food Industry. The article also puts forward application ideas of bionics technology.
