摘要
综述了各种Ⅱ-Ⅵ半导体纳米材料的研究现状、性质、应用及制备方法,并对该领域今后的发展作了展望。
Recent progress of several kinds of Ⅱ-Ⅵ nanosized-semiconductors were reviewed, including their properties and preparation methods. The promising development was also outlined.
