摘要
以甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甘油酯和丙烯酸—2—乙基己酯(EHA)等为原料,通过乳液聚合合成了带有环氧基的聚丙烯酸酯乳液,考察了乳液质量分数、交联剂质量分数、固化温度及固化时间等因素对其固砂效果的影响。正交实验结果显示,在乳液质量分数为1·0%、交联剂质量分数为2%、固化温度为45℃和固化时间为24h时,固砂效果最佳。且该体系所得固结砂柱具有良好的耐化学腐蚀性、耐油性和耐水性。
The epoxy group modified polyacrylate latex ( G -ACR), using methyl methylacrylate, butyl acrylate , Glycidyl Methacrylate and 2 - ethylhexyl acrylate, was prepared by emulsion polymerization. Besides, the factors to affect the sand consolidation, including the mass fraction of latex and crosslinking agent, consolidating temperature and time, and the sequence of the injection of emulsion and crosslinking agent, were studied. The orthogonal experiment result shows that the permeability of sand column consolidated loss is smaller, the effect of sand consolidation is good, if the mass fraction of latex and crosslinking agent maintain to 1.0% and 2.0% respectively, while keep the consolidating temperature to 45 ℃, and consolidating time to 24 hours.
