摘要
建立了阿维菌素在葱中的残留分析方法。以乙腈为提取溶剂,经N-甲基咪唑和三氟乙酸酐衍生化后,用高效液相色谱-荧光检测器在激发波长为365nm、发射波长为470nm处测定。添加回收率为91.8% ̄96.7%,变异系数为1.5% ̄4.9%,检测限为0.001mg/kg。
A method was developed for determining avermectin residues in shallots. Samples were extracted with acetonitrile. Following derivatization with N.methylimidazole and trifluoroacetic anhydride, avermectin was determined by HPLC with fluorescence detection (lex =365 nm, lem=470 nm). Average recovery of avermectin ranged from 91.8 to 96.7%, the coefficient of variation was 1.5 to 4.9%, and the limit of detection was 0.001 mg/kg.
