摘要
目的优选定喘宁贴剂的基质组成比例。方法选用甘油、单甘酯、石蜡、凡士林的用量配比为因素,在三个水平上,以贴剂的熔化性、粘性、均匀度和硬度为指标,用L9(34)表进行实验。结果以A1B2C2D1为优选基质组成,即甘油0.5g、单甘酯1g、石蜡1 g、凡士林0.5 g。结论最佳的基质比例所制备的定喘宁贴剂稳定性良好。
Objective: To optiraizate matrix composition for patch of cough and asthnm Methods. According to the target that affect the ability of emulsion' s meltability, well-distribution, viscosity and solidness, we select the using rartio of glycerin, paraffin wax, glyceryl monostearate and Vaseline as factors, and then design the orthogonal table 1.9 (34) for experiment, Results: The optimum matrix composition was glycerin 0. 5g, glyceryl monostearate lg, paraffin wax Ig and vaseline 0. 5g. Conclusion: According to the optimum protion of matrix, patch of cough and asthma will have great stability.
