在市场经济条件下,商业秘密不仅给企业带来经济利益,而且影响着企业生存和发展。随着市场竞争日益激烈,商业秘密泄密现象时有发生。加强商业秘密的管理和保护势在必行。
Under the market economic condition, commercial secrets not only bring economic benefit to enterprises but also influence their survival and development. As the market competition is fierce increasingly, the commercial phenomenon of divulging secrets happens occasionally. Strengthening the protection and management of commercial secrets is inevitable.
