摘要
对钵苗在栽植器滑道上的运动进行了理论分析,并对钵苗在滑道上的运动进行了基于ADAMS的仿真分析和虚拟试验,同时进行了物理样机试验。试验结果表明,虚拟试验与物理样机试验结果比较接近,参数的选择比较恰当,从中得到滑道倾角的最优取值范围为30°~40°。
Some problems exist in the stability of transplanter although it has been checked up. The regression analysis was adopted after comparing the virtual prototype and physical prototype to solve the existing problem efficiently and economically. The experimental process and result Was discussed, the movement of bowl on the slide-way was analyzed and the model of slide-way was set up. The simulation analysis and virtual experiment was carried out about the movement of bowl on the slide-way. The result of virtual experiment was proved closed to that of physical experiment by single factor experiment and analysis. So, the model and parameters was approved, the optimum value of the slide-way tilt angle was found out.
