摘要
以美国大学的研究生导师与研究生指导委员会为线索,概述其导师资格与遴选、导师指导研究生数量、指导委员会组成、导师指导与指导委员会职责、师生关系等,阐述美国大学研究生导师及其研究生指导委员会集体指导之特色。
Taking as clues the graduate students' tutor and instruction group, this paper introduced a tutor' s qualification, the choice of a tutor, the total students he can instruct, the organization of an instruction group, a tutor's instruction, the function of an instruction group, and the relationship between a tutor and his students in order to display the characteristics of the combined instruction of a tutor and an instruction group in American universities.
