摘要
分别以0.6 g玉米粉+0.4 g稻草片段(3 mm)及1 g稻草片段(3 mm)为底物,收集装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的4头本地山羊的瘤胃液,在体外厌氧条件下,研究了不同浓度(4、8、12 mmol.L-1)延胡索酸对瘤胃微生物发酵活力的影响.结果表明,与对照组相比,各浓度延胡索酸均可显著提高体外培养体系中总产气量和总挥发性脂肪酸浓度,提高总挥发性脂肪酸中丙酸的含量,降低乙酸与丙酸的浓度比和发酵液中乳酸的浓度(P<0.05),显著提高瘤胃微生物对稻草的降解率(P<0.05),且对各指标的影响程度具有明显的剂量效应.因此,延胡索酸可提高瘤胃微生物体外发酵活力,减少乳酸累积量.
The rmnen fluid from three local male goats with permanent rumen fistulae was incubated in anaerobic media with substrate consisting of straw powder (0.4 g) and corn (0.6 g)or only straw powder (1 g). The effects of fumarate with final concentrations of 4, 8, 12 mmol· L^-1 on the in vitro fermentation were investigated. Results showed that as compared with the control, total volatile fatty acids, the percentage of propionate and total gas production for the group treated with fumarate increased significantly ( P 〈0.05 ), while the ratio of acetate mass to propionate mass and the lactic acid production decreased significantly, and dry matter loss of straw particle was significantly higher after 48 h inoculation. The effect of fumarate was more significant as its concentration increased, it suggested its dose dependent effect. The results showed that fumarate could stimulate the in vitro fermentation of tureen microbes from goat, and decrease the acumulative production of lactic acid.
