摘要
通过单因子试验和正交试验,研究了不同碳氮源及无机盐对桦褐孔菌菌丝培养特性的影响.结果表明,桦褐孔菌菌丝生长的最佳培养基配比为:葡萄糖25 g,黄豆粉20 g,硫酸钙1.25 g,琼脂20ɡ,VB110 mg,水1 000 mL,并确定葡萄糖是影响菌丝体干重的主要因素.
According to the single factor test and orthogonal test,the effects of different sources of carbon, nitrogen and inorganic salts on the culture characteristics of Inontus obliquus mycelia were studied. The optimal compositions were as follows: glucose 25 g, soybean power 20 g, CaSO4 1.25 g, agar-agar 20 g, VB1 10 mg, water 1 000 mL, and among which the glucose was proved to be the main factor effected the dry weight of mycelia.
