摘要
20世纪90年代以来,随着金融全球化的不断深入和发展,金融业发生了席卷全球的第三次银行并购浪潮,银行业跨国并购活动大量出现,这既给我国金融服务贸易自由化创造了机遇也带来了挑战。本文分析了银行跨国并购的协同效应及其对我国金融服务贸易自由化影响。
Since 1990s, as the development of the financial globalization, the third climax of banking M＆A which swept across the whole world happened in financial industry. There are many banking cross-border M＆A activities, which bring both opportunities and challenges to liberalization of China＇s financial service trade. This thesis analyses synergy of cross-border M＆A of banking and influence on liberalization of China＇s financial service trade.
