晨间护理前后护士口罩带菌数的调查 被引量:8

摘要 目的了解晨间护理前后护士口罩带菌数有无区别、污口罩对周围环境空气及近距离无菌操作有无影响。方法在内外科5个病区随机抽取20只口罩进行晨间护理前后的菌落数调查实验:1)取晨间护理前(清洁干燥的口罩)、后的口罩外面进行直接涂擦采样;2)用自然沉降法进行治疗室空气和戴着脏口罩约30 cm下方处空气进行采样对照。结果1)用直接涂擦法对口罩的外面进行采样,口罩平均染菌量明显增加,大大超过卫生部规定的普通病房物体表面带菌标准;2)护士戴着晨间护理后污染的口罩正常呼吸后,对周围空气质量无明显影响(平均菌落数仍在卫生部规定的普通病房Ⅲ类空气微生物采样标准内。但在口罩下方约30 cm处的空气采样结果显示,口罩上的细菌掉落阳性率很高,P<0.01,差异有显著意义,其平均菌落数已超过标准。结论为了避免污染口罩影响无菌操作质量,杜绝医源性感染,我们认为护士口罩以每天清洗为宜,且在晨间护理后再换一只干净口罩做治疗工作,以减少院内感染发生率和加强护士自身防范。 Objective To explore the deference of number of germs in nurse's respirator before and after morning care and the influence of the respirator on environment and asepsis operation. Methods In 5 wards of physical department and surgical department, 20 respirators were sampled randomly for the test of germ number count before and after morning care. Direct scrape sample was conducted on the out-face of the respirators before and after morning care; Natural decreasing method was conducted to sample the air in treatment room and below the dirty respirator 30 cm. Results The average number of germ on the respirator was increased obviously. There was no significant influence on the air quality of environment when nurses wear the respirator after morning care. In air sample below the dirty respirator 30cm, dropping rate of germ was high (P 〈 0.01), and the average germ number was above the standard. Conclusions We think nurses should wash the respirator every day and change clean one after morning care in order to reduce the rate of intereross infection and protect nurses themselves.
