摘要
以苯酚、甲醛、焦亚硫酸钠、无水亚硫酸钠和有机胺为原料,合成了改性磺化酚醛树脂降滤失剂SCP。本文简要介绍了SCP的合成工艺条件,初步评价了SCP在泥浆中的性能。SCP的降滤失性能优于磺化酚醛树脂,有较强的抗盐、抗温及抑制页岩水化分散的能力。
The synthesis and preliminary laboratory performance evaluation of an amine modified sulfomethylated phenolic resin, SCP, as filtrate loss controller are presented in this paper. It is a viscous liquid of solid content 35%. Introducing 5% SCP into 15% salt clay mud decreases its filtrate loss to less than 10ml. This SCP treated mud is resistant to themal rolling at 180℃ for 16 hrs. The inhibiting capacity of SCP in mud for drilling cuttings is much higher than that of commercial sulfomethylaled phenolic resin SMP.
