摘要
国内的电站锅炉给水泵驱动方式主要有电动和汽动两种。文章通过对汽动方案与电动方案进行经济性对比分析, 得出了对于200 MW以上的机组,小汽轮机驱动给水泵节约了厂用电,降低了发电净热耗率,增大了主机的出力,降低了综合成本煤耗率,使机组的运行经济性得到了明显提高。又因为汽动给水泵运行稳定性较好,调节性能良好,因而替代了电动给水泵。
Motor-driven and steam-driven modes are two main driving modes of feed pumps in China power stations. The economic analysis and comparison of two modes show that the use of steam-driven feed pumps in 200 MW and larger units can reduce net heat consumption rate and inerease the output of the unit. It also reduces coal consumption. The stability in operation and regulating performance of steam driven feed pumps is improved, so steam-driven feed pumps should take the place of motor-driven feed pumps.
