摘要
基于Rogowski线圈的新型混合式光电电流互感器与传统互感器相比有着不可比拟的优点。混合式光电电流互感器数据采集部分处于高压端,由于受到电源输出功率的限制, 要求采集电路设计低功耗。文中给出了一种基于FPGA和 ADS8325的光电电流互感器数字变换器的设计方法,提供了 E/O转换单元驱动电路和O/E单元接收电路并分析了其特点。文中的设计方法可以保障系统低功耗和采样数据的可靠性。
Compared with conventional CTs, the new-type HOCT based on Rogowski coil shows an absolute advantage. The data acquisition circuit of HOCT is on the high-potential side. For the output power restriction of power supply, the micropower consumption devices must be designed for data collection circuit. An FPGA and ADS8325 -based method for designing digital convertor of optical electronic transformers is proposed. A drive circuit of fiber optical transmitter of E/O conversion and receiver circuit of O/E conversion are provided and their characteristics are analyzed. The suggested method can ensure micropower consumption of system and real-time, realiable sampled data.
