摘要
用免疫酶标技术对纯系昆明小鼠实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)甲状腺球蛋白(TG)的分布进行观察,以比较空白组、模型组及中药治疗组中甲状腺滤泡的功能状态,结果表明实验组中甲状腺滤泡合成 TG 的功能降低,而中药治疗组有不同程度的改善。
With the analysis of histrogram of spontaneous and evoked EEG,the effects of the electroacupuncture on epilepsy was observed in rats to induced by metrozol.We found that electroacupuncture on Renzhong(Du 26)and Baihui(Du 20)caused significant calmative effect in normal clear-headed rats(P<0.05).In epileptic attack rats to induced by metrozol,the acupoints of Renzhong and Baihgui electroacupunctured had inhibitory effect marked- ly(P<0.05).
