要当好中等职业学校的班主任,必须具备较强的思想政治素质,较高的管理水平和处理事务能力,强烈的敬业精神和奉献精神,较高的组织能力和健全的与家长沟通的信息网络。
Tobe a good form master in a middle vocational institute, one must possesses stronger qualities of thoughts and polities, higher level of administration and ability of dealing with affairs, strong spirit of job -esteem and devotion, higher organizing ability and sound information net of communications with parents.
