林业科技期刊的市场化运作必须依据市场的要求和规则进行管理或约束。在市场经济条件下,办好刊物,很重要的一条是办刊者必须掌握市场竞争的原则和策略,使期刊的编辑、发行、广告经营等活动适应期刊市场的规律,以期在竞争中不断发展和壮大自己。为此,提出几个应当重视的途径:刊物定位要准确,办刊宗旨与办刊方针明确;刊物要有自己独特风格,坚持自己的经营理念;追求最佳的社会经济效益;重视期刊策划、提高编辑质量等等。
The running of forestry science and technology periodicals must carry out the control or restraint according to the rules and the requirements of the market. Under the market economy, the most important is that publishers must grasp the strategies and the principle market competition and all the activities such as publishing, advertising operation should meet the law of periodical market in order to develop and strengthen themselves continuously in competition. This paper puts forward some channels that should be paid mere attention to: accurate publication orientation, clear publication purpose and publication policy, its own publication characteristics and style, the nmning concept and the pursuing of best social and economic benefits, much attention to periodical planning, quality- raising of the editors, as well as the system reform and the implementation of talent strategies.
