2003年世界丙烯腈生产能力约为624．万t/a,主要用于生产腈纶纤维和ABS树脂,国内丙烯腈生产能力约75万t／a,目前需求量约为90万t／a。文章阐述了国内外环氧氯丙烷合成技术进展、消费现状与发展预测,指出了国内市场需求巨大,随着未来ABS树脂等行业的快速发展,中国丙烯腈产品国内市场看好。分析国内外市场与发展,对中国丙烯腈工业发展提出一些建议。
The global production capacity of acrylonitrile was 6.24 million tons per year, mainly used for producing nitrilon and ABS resin. The domestic production capacity of acrylonitrile was 750 000 tons per year, and the consumption was about 900 000 tons in 2003. The article describes the progress of production technology, current consumption and development forecasts. At home the acrylonitrile is in great demand and 30% products are depending on import. With the rapid developing of ABS resins industry in future acrylonitrile product would be a well market prospect. Analyses the market and development trend of acrylonitrile, and puts forward some suggestions for developing the production of acrylonitrile in China.
