非完全消化——火焰原子吸收法测定粮食中微量元素 被引量:14

摘要 用非完全消化法处理样品,即在低温下用高氯酸-硝酸(V(高氯酸)∶V(硝酸)=1∶3)混合酸消解粮食样品,再用乳化剂OP溶解未消解的油脂而配制成透明的草绿色样品溶液.建立了快速测定粮食中微量元素的火焰原子吸收分析法.试液的粘度与空白溶液的一致,无背景吸收干扰.对样品处理条件、化学干扰、检出限及特征浓度进行了考察.测定结果的相对标准偏差小于3.7%,测定结果与灰化法一致,相对误差小于±3.9%.方法简便. The samples were treated with noncomplete digestion method,i, e. the grain samples were digested in the mixed acid of HClO4 - HNO3 ( 1 : 3 ) under low temperature, and then the undigested fat was dissolved in emulsifier OP, and so made into transparent grass - green solution of sample. A FAAS method for rapid determination of trace elements in grain has been developed. The test indicated that the viscosity of test solution was identical with its blank solution and there was not background absorption interference. The pretreatment conditions of sample ,chemical interference ,the detection limit and characteristic concentration were studied. RSD' s were less than 3.7%. The determination results were consistent with those obtained by ashing method. The relative errors were less than ± 3.9%. This method was convenient.
