二脱甲氧基姜黄素的降血脂和抗脂质过氧化作用 被引量:26

摘要 目的:探讨二脱甲氧基姜黄素(bisdemethoxy curcumin,Bdmc)降血脂、抗脂质过氧化作用和对脂代谢相关酶类活性的影响。方法:用高脂膳食喂饲Wistar大鼠,造成食饵性高脂血症后,用二脱甲氧基姜黄素和阳性对照药辛伐他汀进行实验性治疗。给药3周后处死动物,测定血清和肝脏总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)含量,计算低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)含量,同时测定肝素化血浆脂解酶(post-heparinlipolytic activity,PHLA)、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)和肝脂酶(HL)的活性及血清丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:二脱甲氧基姜黄素和辛伐他汀均能使血清和肝脏TC、TG含量降低,血清HDL-C含量升高、LDL-C含量降低。二脱甲氧基姜黄素能显著提高PHLA活性,对提高LPL和HL的活性作用也较明显;二脱甲氧基姜黄素能有效降低MDA的含量。结论:二脱甲氧基姜黄素具有降低肝脏和血清脂质,特别是有显著的降TG和提高TG代谢相关酶活性的作用。 AIM:To study the effects of bisdemethoxycttrcumin in decreasing plasma lipid and anti-peroxidizing and the activities of the lipase relevant to lipid metabolism. METHODS: Wistar rats were fed with high lipid diet 2 weeks to be hyperlipidemic model and then given experimental treatment with bisdemethoxycurcumin and simvastatin as positive control drugs. The level of total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) and the concentration of MDA in serum, the activities of lipoprotein lipase (LPL) and hepatic lipase (HL) in serum were all measured in 3 weeks. RESULTS: Bisdemethoxycurcumin and simvastatin had the effects of decreasing the level of TC and TG in serum and in liver significantly. They also increased HDL-C and decreased LDL-C. Bisdemethoxycurcumin had the effects of improving PHLA (post-heparin lipolytic activity) significantly. It also had the effects of improving the activities of LPL and HL. Bisdemethoxycurcumin had the effects of decreasing the concentrations of malondialdehyde in serum (MDA). CONCLUSION: The results indicate that Bisdemethoxycurcumin has significant effects in decreasing lipids and MDA in serum. It has the effects of decreasing the level of TG and improving the activities of the lipase relevant to metabolism of TG especially.
