摘要
目的:应用赭曲霉羟化酶系统对坎利酮进行生物转化,合成其羟基化衍生物。方法:应用赭曲霉对坎利酮进行生物转化,获得一个硫酸显红色的产物SIPI-CANR。结果:确定SIPI-CANR化合物结构为15-羟基坎利酮。结论:赭曲霉羟化酶系统对坎利酮进行生物转化,能够合成15-羟基坎利酮,其为一新化合物。
AIM: To synthesize hydroxylated derivatives of canrenone using Aspergillus ochraceus hydroxylation enzyme system by microbial transformation. METHOD: A red compound named as SIPI-CANR was obtained by bio-transforming canrenone using Aspergillus ochraceus;the purified SIPI-CANR was elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULT: The chemical structure of SIPI-CANR was elucidated to be 15-hydroxycanrenone, CONCLUSION: 15-Hydroxycanrenone can be synthesized by Aspergillus ochraceus hydroxylation enzyme system, and it is a new compound.
