摘要
绿色贸易壁垒是新贸易保护主义措施的一种,具有形式上的合法性和合理性、隐蔽性和歧视性、灵活性和针对性等特征,已成为阻碍我国出口产品进入欧盟市场的首要非关税壁垒之一。为应对绿色壁垒的挑战,我国必须加快预警制度的完善,加强环境规范和国际公约的研究,大力支持绿色产业的发展。
Green trade barrier is a harsh environment protection standard, which is made for protecting the environment, natural sources and human health. It is a new commercial protectionism and is characterized by its legality and rationality in form, con- cealment and discriminatory ,agility and direction. Green trade barrier has become one of the chief barrier preventing China from entering into EU market. The sustainable development of our industries will be confronted with the challenge of the green trade barrier. In order to meet the challenge, our country should further complete the early warring system and quicken the establishment of environment standard and international covenant and give big support to the boom of Green Industries.
