摘要
社会主义现代化建设要求建立社会主义行政文明、政治文明、经济文明、社会文明,行政执法文明作为行政文明的一部分相对独立,对建设行政文明、政治文明,促进经济文明、社会文明,维护政府公信,提高政府效能,构建和谐社会有至关重要的作用。要以人事文明、理念文明、技术文明、考核文明、责任文明、监督文明促进行政执法文明。行政执法文明必须与国情相适应、循序渐进、与时俱进。
Socialist modernized construction requires the establishment of socialist Administrative civilization, political civilization economic civilization and social. Administrative law enforcement civilization, a part of administrative civilization, is relatively and ependent. It plays an at most important role in administrative establishing administrative and political civilization, promoting economic and social civilization protecting government credit, improving government efficiency and establishing harmonious socialist society. Human affairs civilization, idea civilization, technology civilization, check civilization, responsibility civilization, supervision civilization promote administrative law enforcement civilization. Administration law enforcement civilization must be adapted to the situation of our country. It should make steady progress and grow with the time.
